Could Yoga Be The "Catch All" Answer To Health and Wellness?

What is Health and Well Being... and more importantly; what is the best method or easiest solution to achieve Health and Well Being? Could it be Yoga...
Consider you are a person with very VERY little time on your hands and you want to make the best choice for Health and Well being. Maybe you're turning over a new leaf or setting a resolution in your life. Well, I am here to discuss what are the four internal aspects to your health and well being are. They are emotional, spiritual, psychical, and mental.
I typically suggest that every person spend at least 10-15 mins in each of the four categories. But what if you do not have an hour to yourself a day? What are your options? You can gain benefits from finding an activity that has an impact into multiple areas of well being and therefore; cut down the time. Yoga will address possibly three of the four areas or maybe even all four for some people.
Yoga provides an emotional outlet while you de-stress and detoxify your body. I always promote that the emotional health of one person is to be able to express positive emotions or expel the negative emotions. Through the process of Yoga; you can achieve this. It can be creative, or concentrate you exhales as bad thoughts or emotions leaving your body with every breathe.
It may also address your spiritual well being as you find an inner connection with the world and other living creatures around you. This type of growth and connection will enable your spiritual health to increase. Take in the clarity and connection and most Yoga classes, DVDs, etc. have very peaceful music that brings a feeling of unity.
While on the lighter side of psychical activity; most people observe Yoga as "not enough" or "too weak", etc. However; if you find that you are not challenged in Yoga practice and feel that you are not growing psychically or addressing your psychical needs; please rest assured that there are many types of Yoga. One that I have explored and enjoy greatly is Power Vinyasa Yoga and may be right up your alley.
Mentally may be the only area that may lack the conviction in the four areas of Health and Well being. Can you find it interesting or are you learning this as a new activity? This very well may suite this fourth aspect of your internal well being. However; you may want to also pick up a book concerning the topic to fully enrich your mind and promote a complete well being.
Yoga may very well be the answer for most people and address complete Health and Well Being.
