Stretching Importance in Muscle Building


How often you see people in gym stretching? How often you stretch muscles after workout, or at home?
Actually that is very important aspect of muscle growth and muscle look.
By stretching muscles you will:
- loosen up joints;
- relax muscles;
- get there more blood thus more nutritional elements;
- increase flexibility;
- get enhanced coordination;
- feel better in regards of movements and generally easier after a workout;
Enough reasons to do it, right? Now the main question when and how to stretch muscles correct?
I don’t recommend stretching before workout. I did this a few times and it always affected in negative way my workout.
Between sets I do some short stretching from time to time. For example during a workout I can do 2 small stretches not more.
The important fact is to stretch muscles AFTER WORKOUT, this will fasten recuperation process and muscle growth.

Bodybuilding is not just about going to the gym.
Actually gym and nutrition are both #1 if you want to have a healthy and good looking body.
Healthy Diet and Nutrition will affect not only the way you look but the way you think. Mind will work correct if you eat right. Food high in fat will influence negatively your mind and power of thoughts as well as energy levels.
Getting right amount of nutrients is important in maintaining your body healthy and working in correct regimen.
It is similar with car, if you put there bad fuel the engine wont function at maximal potential.
Actually there is everything you need to eat healthy, products like milk, eggs, cottage cheese and good meat better taken from farmers who take care of the animals and grow them correct.
Just start eating correct and in 2-3 weeks you will already see results in how you feel and energy levels. It is not necessary to start with many changes add a few changes per week and get used to them then add more.
