Cut the banana and freeze it overnight. In the following morning, take it with other ingredients and blend until the fluid is formed. Once it is ready, pour the smoothie into glasses and share with family.

This goal can be achieved by letting your kids go to camps where they would be trained by qualified coaches and practice what they learn with others. Get them ready by letting them know the plans on going into the camping area and you could drive them there days before to help them familiarize the surroundings.
