When these happen, they will not learn anything from the events.

The venues of the events should be known by the individuals. This way, the travel times which may be consumed when these locations will be gone to can be estimated. For far places, traffic jams and distances should be considered.

Once they arrive at the venues, the individuals should occupy the first rows. Usually, the speakers will hand out some papers that will contain the summaries of the talks that they will give. At times, they will run out of these brochures so the ones who will sit at the back rows will not receive these papers. The individuals will also be able to listen clearly to the speakers if they will take the front row seats.

The persons should always listen attentively to the speakers. This way, they can have more realizations and learnings about the matters that the speakers will discuss. At certain points, the speakers may ask the attendees to perform certain activities. Usually, they will do these activities to break the ice or to creatively impart their knowledge. The individuals should always display participation and cooperation on these activities.

Respect should be shown to the speakers. Disturbances should not be caused to those speakers and other attendees of the sessions. Their gadgets should not be used during these sessions. Their seat mates should not be talked to. Related questions should also be asked respectfully to the speakers by the persons.

The handouts provided by the speakers should be kept by the attendees. These handouts can be used for future references. These can also be used as scratch papers, if needed. Effort and time are usually taken by the speakers to have these handouts made. They could feel bad when these will not be utilized properly by the attendees.
