There are many reasons why extra virgin olive oil is one of the best items to take into account and one of said reasons has to do with monounsaturated fats. There are many types of beans to consider as well, legumes being one of the more common examples. Believe me when I tell you that your heart is going to thank you for the dietary effort that is made on your part.
