SQUAT Workout




 I have devised a hardy squat challenge for you this April and it begins tomorrow with your first 50 squats. 

Whether you are beginner or a pro, this will surely challenge and shape your booty and quads by the end of the month.

Just copy the graphic below to your mobile device and keep it handy for when you're ready to perform the challenge. I recommend morning, so that the day doesn't get away from you.

LIKE this post if you are ready and willing to commit to this challenge with me. This may just be the first step to your changing your life to be fitter and healthier by summer.

And if you're REALLY serious (i.e., making changes to your exercise regimen and eating habits), which I hope many of you are, please take a BEFORE selfie (i.e., picture of yourself) tonight, in as little clothing as you feel comfortable posting. Then another on May 1st to see the difference that just one month of clean living can make to your body. Remember, you don't have to identify yourself or even include your face, but before and after pictures can be a great motivator to the rest of the group, so I do hope that I get a couple next month.
